Since our establishment in 2014, we have been a leader in the distribution of mobile communication equipment and the provision of warranty and post-warranty repair and maintenance services.
We have 7 years of experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of DJI unmanned systems.
Maintenance and repairs are performed at our service center in Budapest, Hungary and our processes are ISO 9001:2015 compliant to ensure consistently high quality.
Our colleagues are also in direct contact with the manufacturer's service centre in the Far East and Europe.
A well-prepared technical and support team, as well as close manufacturer support, have enabled our company to be the only one on the Hungarian market to obtain an operating license issued by the Military Aviation Authority for repair, maintenance and operator training of DJI unmanned systems.
From service to regular maintenance
Myactioncam is a drone and camera specialist, an approved repair center for DJI drones in Hungary. Our team has been repairing and servicing drones since the Phantom 1 and MG1 series in terms of agriculture, with almost 10 years of experience behind us. Our technicians - trained by DJI in both China and the Netherlands - have performed thousands of drone repairs during our existence, so it's safe to say that you'll find some of the most experienced service technicians in the country in our showroom.
Manufacturer's Rights
Getting manufacturer's permissions is no easy task, you need to know your drone inside and out to guarantee accurate work. Our service technicians have the necessary manufacturer's authorizations to repair the Matrice 200 and 300, Phantom 4, the full Mavic line, and the Agras MG and T. They have completed a total of 15 training courses with DJI.
Legal background
Based on the new legal possibilities, we are preparing the type certification of the Agras family of products in cooperation with DJI's European Distribution Center for Agricultural Drones at the Hungarian University of Agricultural and Life Sciences' Agricultural Drone Testing Laboratory. This is the basis for the proper launch of DJI agricultural drones on the Hungarian market.
Spare parts supply
When it comes to repair and maintenance, we have a unique supply of spare parts and access to the manufacturer's service system in Hungary. This allows us to carry out repairs and maintenance very quickly and efficiently. Thanks to our qualifications, we are also able to handle DJI warranty cases. Our service and repair centre is located next to our showroom at Lechner Ödön fasor 2 in Budapest, but we are also available to our partners across the country for on-site repairs.
Other licenses and permits
In addition to the above, in accordance with the highest military standards, we also hold an operating license issued by the Military Aviation Authority, which makes us uniquely qualified to service and operate drones of government organizations and to train their pilots remotely.
Our training begins
Once the legislative background is established, we will soon be able to begin training our drone pilots to protect crops, revolutionizing the way the industry currently operates.
